Music Night at South High

Sophomore baritone Patrick Shen and freshman soprano Ashley Yu sing "Say Something" by A Great New World and Christina Aguilera. "Our performance was very last minute...but this environment was really relaxed, so that made it feel a lot better," said Yu.

Music Night showcased a variety of music genres from classical to pop to even Japanese anime soundtracks. Senior Zhikun Lin performed Bios from the soundtrack of the anime Guilty Crown on the piano.
Junior Brandon Li sings "Sunday Morning" by Maroon 5 while Music Technology and Guitar teacher Mr. Anthony Virgilio and Director of Vocal Music Dr. Pamela Levy accompany him on the guitar and piano respectively.

Sophomore Grace Jiang performs Frédéric Chopin's Impromptu No. 1 in A-flat major Opus 90 on the piano last Friday during Music Night.
At Music Night, senior Kelly Gragossian, who will be playing the Witch in South High's upcoming musical Into the Woods, sings "Stay With Me," one of the songs she will be performing.
